When checking out, we will get in touch to discuss about which size suits you or the person you want to gift the shirt to. If in doubt, we will guide you through our sizing and discover the best option for you. If you are still uncertain of which to choose, our designer will take your measurements and get one tailored.
After the checkout your credit card will not be billed. It will be done only after you have received and approved the product.
The shipping costs are on us. We will ship your product on the same day, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. The average delivery time for this method is between 3 or 5 business days. If you want to receive in an earlier date we can do it.
For purchases within Sao Paulo area we will utilize our same day delivery. The courier will hand deliver a briefcase by schedulement in a time that suits you best. (Between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.)
Since your feedback means a lot to us, we will email you a few days after your purchase in order to know your opinion about the product. Every month our design team will select the top reviewers and engage in a conversation about their expectations and feedbacks on what they would like to see from us in the future.
We are responsible for the returning and exchange of your item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you let us know that you might need extra time to exchange the product, we will be more than happy to wait for your contact and settle things up. Remember that you can try at home, but don’t wear it out unless you intend to purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received your returned item, and a next day credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, all taxs are refundable.
